What the app provides
FXPatternLab shows educational chart observations, pattern lifecycle information and related alerts. A pattern, trendline or alert is not a recommendation, a forecast, a guaranteed result or an instruction to trade. FXPatternLab does not place trades, connect to brokerage accounts or hold your funds. Market data and observations can be delayed, incomplete, revised or unavailable.
Explore and Member
Explore is the free level. Member adds eligible saved features and opt-in alert delivery while a verified subscription is active. The precise features available are shown in the app. Notification permission and enabling a topic are separate from purchasing Member; delivery depends on current eligibility, device settings and service availability.
Subscriptions
Member subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. The app shows the store's local price and billing period before purchase; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant store. Your store handles payment, cancellation and refund requests under its terms. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not itself delete your FXPatternLab account. Deleting your FXPatternLab account does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in the store as well.
Your service identity and content
No email or password is required in the current native app. Connected features use a private technical identity, separate from your purchasing store account. Drawings, notes and chart layouts remain device-local; restoring a store purchase does not synchronise or recover that content. Use the service lawfully and do not attempt unauthorised access. The detailed app terms describe current access, same-store restoration and service limitations. Optional analytics and crash reporting are not conditions of paid access.
Availability and legal rights
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery or the accuracy of every chart or observation. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. The FXPatternLab privacy policy explains personal data handling.
