Request deletion
No email or password is required to use the current native app. Connected features use a private service identity, separate from your Apple or Google store account.
In the app, open More > Privacy & data > Delete service data, where available. Read the confirmation and submit the request. Use Check deletion status to confirm completion; a pending request is not confirmation that cleanup has finished.
Outside the app, email support@macroresearchtechnologies.co.uk with the subject “FXPatternLab account deletion request”. Say whether the app is still installed, its version and platform, and any deletion-request reference it shows. An email address previously used to sign in is not required. We must verify ownership and locate the private service record; a store account alone does not identify it. If the app is removed and you have no reference, contact support; further verification may be needed and an unidentified record may not be locatable. Do not send passwords, card details, raw receipts or purchase tokens.
What happens
Completed eligible cleanup removes associated service records, notification preferences, registered devices and notification history. We will explain any information that must be retained for legal, payment dispute, security or fraud prevention reasons. Store operators retain their own records under their policies.
Drawings, chart layouts, favourites, notes and other device-only content are separate. Follow the app's completion instructions or clear local content yourself; a remote deletion request does not promise to erase device-local drawings. Deletion and clearing local content cannot recover earlier saved data.
Subscriptions are separate
If you have Member, cancel your subscription in Apple App Store or Google Play to stop future renewals. Requesting account deletion does not automatically cancel a store subscription or refund an existing purchase. You may request deletion even while a subscription is active.
